About Us

Milton Pharmacy is situated at 137 Scaraway Street in the Milton area of North Glasgow. It is located only a short walk from Milton Medical practice with ample free on street parking and can also be easily accessed by First Bus No’s 37 and 75.

The friendly and compassionate staff at Milton Pharmacy are approachable and professional at all times and are always available for advice and treatment recommendations. They take great pride in the excellent customer service they provide.

A number of services are provided by the pharmacy to help the community including; NHS and private prescriptions, sexual health services, the chronic medication service and the NHS Pharmacy first, which has proven to be a great benefit to the local community as it allows for access to advice and treatment on the NHS without a GP appointment. A smoking cessation service is also offered at the pharmacy and patients can either refer themselves or be referred by the local smoking cessation group held at Milton Medical Practice which allows for additional support where needed.

Milton Pharmacy have a close relationship with the staff at Milton Medical Practice and attend the Practice three times a day to order and collect prescriptions for patients. The pharmacy also offers ordering and collection of repeat prescriptions on a daily basis from a number of other GP surgeries in the wider area. Once assembled prescriptions can then be delivered to your door by pharmacy staff. For those patients who struggle to manage or remember to take their medication the pharmacy can provide compliance aids and will work with the GP surgery to arrange this for you.
