About Us

Dukes Road Pharmacy is located on Dukes Road, at its junction with Stonelaw Road in the Burnside area of Rutherglen. The pharmacy is easily accessible, with Burnside Railway Station immediately opposite, and regular buses (First Bus 18 & 75). There is also ample free on-street parking.

The pharmacy dispenses all NHS, private and veterinary prescriptions and our pharmacist and fully trained staff are available at all times to provide information about your medicines and advice on all minor ailments.

The Dukes Road Pharmacy team are always helpful, efficient and professional and are fully trained in all aspects of pharmaceutical care. We have achieved great success with our Smoking Cessation Service which provides a support network where staff can assist customers in stopping smoking and other information and advice on nicotine replacement therapy.

The pharmacy team provide a bespoke and user based service to Care and Residential Services and can tailor the service to the needs of the service users and providers.

The pharmacy also provides Needle Exchange Services and Emergency Hormonal Contraception in a discreet and confidential manner.
