About Us

The M & D Green group, started in 1996 by Martin Green, comprises branches across central Scotland. T McLean and Sons have recently been acquired by the group. T McLean pharmacies have a well-established place in the heart of the community and have a first class reputation for providing healthcare. M & D Green intend to develop the range of services previously offered and improve access for anyone that needs or prefers a delivery service.

Recently one of our McLeans pharmacies, part of the M&D Green Pharmacy Group as of 2018, relocated from the old town centre in Cumbernauld to the modernised Antonine centre, which has been built onto Cumbernauld’s old town centre. The move of this branch has seen the size of our floor space quadruple, allowing for us to provide to an even wider community. The relocation now situates us directly across from Central Health Centre, with an entrance located at the top of the path from the surgery, thus allowing easy access for patients and fellow healthcare professionals

Additional Services

The branch is now open seven days per week, providing a full and extensive service on each of these days. We are eager to extend our services to everyone within Cumbernauld and the surrounding area, priding ourselves on the optimal care and service we can provide. Our free prescription collection and delivery service covers the whole local area.

Medicines Management

We actively promote medicines management - allowing the expert team to optimise your medication.  Medicines management will synchronise medication and we can utilise compliance aids for those who struggle to remember to take their medication.

Repeat Prescriptions

We offer a repeat prescription ordering service, twice daily collection from a wide range of local surgeries and a free delivery service. We currently work closely with and collect from all GP surgeries in Cumbernauld, including surgeries situated within Kenilworth Health Centre, Dr Carroll & Partners, Caledonia Practice, Kildrum HC, Condorrat, Dr Clifford’s Practice and Abronhill Health Centre. We would also aim to visit any other surgeries in the surrounding areas at the request of our patients.

Completed prescriptions can then be collected from the pharmacy or delivered direct to your door, free of charge by our dependable drivers. We offer delivery to addresses in Seafar, North and South Carbrain, Carrickstone, Condorrat, Greenfaulds, Westfield, Westerwood, Eastfield, Balloch, Abronhill, Kildrum, Seafar, Ravenswood, Blackwood and Cumbernauld Village.
The whole process should take no more than two to three working days.
